Cabo San Lucas is well known for it's vibrant nightlife, to say the least. Club and bar hopping on foot is easy in Cabo San Lucas, because everything is so close. In the laid back San Jose del Cabo, there are not very many clubs, per say but, there are enough restaurants and lounges to stay in San Jose. For the the ambitious club hoppers Cabo is the place for you. Every year during Spring Break many college kids flock here for just that reason. Cabo offers many different types of clubs including nightclubs, jazz bars and hip hop clubs, rock n rock clubs, sports bars and latin dance clubs.
During the early evening, many bars are open for happy hour , and this is the time to bar hop. For a small town, the list of clubs and bars is amazing. You will find that some places start their happy hour as early as 2 p.m., while other stick to the more traditional happy hours. If you are looking for a variety of different types of bars to club hop at, the Marina is the place to go. This area has the widest variety of clubs.

Cabo San Lucas is laid-back, and this carefree atmosphere is an makes a place for frenzied socializing and drinking. The dress code is casual. Everybody seems to wear shorts.
